I live a full life — one with movement, emotion, responsibility, humor, and depth. I don’t believe meditation is meant to flatten who you are or ask you to become quieter, smaller, or more restrained than life requires.
My name is Nanette. I offer meditation and manifestation coaching for people who want an inner life that supports the richness of how they actually live.
My work isn’t about maintaining constant calm. It’s about knowing how to return to yourself — after intensity, after distraction, after the natural messiness of being human. Meditation, as I teach it, is not a retreat from life but a way to stay connected while living it fully.
Across decades of family life, work, and personal evolution, these practices have been the steady foundation that allowed me to remain present, emotionally available, and grounded without giving up energy, curiosity, or ambition.
This work is for people who want to feel resourced inside a life that is full — not simplified.
My coaching and meditation offerings are intentionally intimate, thoughtfully structured, and designed to integrate seamlessly into real life, supporting clarity, confidence, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
Meditation isn’t about becoming calmer than life.
It’s about becoming steady enough to live it well.
My Approach
What began as a way to help myself feel better during the rough patches turned into a lifelong passion. I’m proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what is to come. What sets my courses apart is that I understand what it is like to be a frazzled mom, a crazy busy business owner, a woman who balances the world on her shoulders and still takes the time to connect with myself, and I am here to help you do the same. I am here to work with you to help you become the person you want to be.
Simple ideas
Through every step I am here to help make it easy, fun, and most of all fit into your life.
